What Do I Need to Know Before Booking?
Usually a small deposit is required. The rest of the payment is usually due between 4 and 8 weeks before arrival. This depends on the type of incentive booked.
As your partner for the complete social program in Athens, we can gladly take care of a training room in Athens.
Mostly such an upgrade is possible from a 4 star hotel, as 3 star hotels often have only one room category. If your desired hotel has different room categories, we will gladly take care of your update.
Upon request, we can set up a reception area for larger events at the entrance in the lobby. In addition, we can arrange the appropriate reception staff, hostesses and catering. Please note, however, that not every hotel accepts special requests of this nature. Alternatively, we can find a suitable conference or incentive location.
In case of cancellation at short notice, we will help you to keep the cancellation bill as low as possible. This is always based on the conditions of pre-booked hotel rooms, meeting rooms and the remaining components of the social program.
We will be happy to help you if your colleagues from abroad need hotel confirmation for the visa. We can take care of the timely sending of the hotel confirmed reservations that the consulate needs for the visa application.
